Exams are finally freaking over. Yay.

I got 91% on my Science exam, do I pwn or what? I did 1 mark better than Josh, too, which made me feel good inside, since it was partially on the whole Genetics unit, which he pwns hard at.

Oh, and 74% on Italian, so that's like, high B+ to an A, and about 3rd in the class (to Tamara and Emily, who got 98% each. But they're impossible to beat anyway, so I really did best in the class, out of the people it's actually possible to beat).

And 29/30 (97%) on the Multiple choice part of the Maths exam. Booyah.

So that's school pretty much done for the year... Except for 2 things: 1, year 11 orientation, and 2, writing frigging Ms Teleffson a response to her "personal letter." Does it really count as a "personal letter" if it's the same thing to every frigging year 10 and 11 in the school? I think not. Therefore, I have decided to do the complete opposite of what she's asked, and write an extremely vague response. Extremely Vague.

Oh, and the Italy trip. But you all knew about that, right?

And then there's the fact that I just quit my job... Oh, crud. I promised you all I'd write something pwnsome, didn't I. Dammit.

*sigh* ok.

So, on Wednesday, I went down to the deli, brought dad with me (for protection) and told Joe that I was quitting. He took it too well. WAY too well. Like, seriously, he was smiling.

Better write down what was said, for posterity, huh...
Amy: "Hi Ben!"
Ben: "Hi Amy"
Amy: "You here to see Joe?"
Ben: "Yeah"
Amy: "Ok... Joe, go over and talk to Ben."
*Joe walks over*
Joe: "Yes Ben?"
Ben: "I've decided that I don't want to work here anymore."
*Long Pause*
Ben: "Ok?"
Joe: "Yeah, that's fine."
Ben: "So, can you not put me on the roster next week, please?"
Joe: "Yep. Are you gonna finish this week?"
Ben: "Of course."
Joe: "Ok, that's fine."
Ben: "Thanks..."
*Ben walks off*

I still think (and hope) that he died a little inside when I told him that, but oh well.

So, yeah. I did my last two shifts on Friday and Saturday. Friday was pretty shit, I still don't like the idea of Nicole being a manager, but I guess that's just something I'll have to live with. Oh, wait. No I won't, I quit. Ha. Seriously though, Joe must have been smoking something more noxious than normal when he did that roster. First time I worked with her as a manager, she brought a friend down to learn the deli ropes. Which, with Me, Nicole, another manager (say, Jenna) and this new girl (Gabby (not lying) her name was) it would have been fine. Not, however, Me, Nicole (FIRST FUCKING TIME MANAGING) Gabby and Hannah, what the FUCK was he thinking?! Gah! /stab.
So, then he had the balls to just do Me, Nicole and Gabby. God, he is a moron. We were late, of course. I swear, I was gonna hit him on Saturday, which was even worse. I'd come from a nice day out with some friends, to this joint (which I affectionately refered to as a "sty") that stank, had flies everywhere, and quickly drying meat on the counter. So, I got to work.

Unfortunately, Jenna had a bout of hay-fever, was sneezing (not to mention dripping, ew) like crazy, and she sneezed so hard she got 2 blood noses (nosi?). So, me being the pwnage dude I am, I offered to do any jobs she didn't want to, and we only got out... 15 mins late. Which wasn't too bad, considering how fucking late we were. I made sure to tell them (Jenna and Hannah(unfortunately, only because it'd look stupid "Cya Jenna, I'll miss you... Cya Hannah")) that I'd miss them, and walked out of what had been my home away from home for the past 1 year, 18 months and 5 days.

People I'm gonna sorely miss:
Rachel
Jenna
Erin (male)(just because, shut the hell up, ok?)
Cooper
People I'm just gonna miss a little bit:
Amy
Nicole
Erin (female)
Hannah (go ahead. laugh. I dare you. go on. wanna go me, punk? huh? don't make me get my fucking cousins on you, I'll fully do it. You're lucky this chair is holding me back (hold me back), you're fucking lucky he's holding me back!)
People I'm indifferent about:
Voula
Emily
Gabby
Vanessa
Liam
People who's corpses I shall gleefully dance on:
Joe. Haha.

If I forgot anyone, it's because I don't didn't work with you enough to remember you. My bad.

Well, I guess that about wraps it up for this one... Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to write an email about a crummy school.

Only 1 left!

That's right, ladies and gentlemen, I have only 1 exam left.
Not only that.
But two shifts at work left!
That's right, I told Joe I'm quitting. Falay!
So, I only have to work Friday and then Saturday, and I'm done. Woo!
Speaking of work...
Apparrently, Erin cut her fingers off at work today. I'm supposed to be working with her tomorrow, so we'll see then 0.o

I'm sure I'll write something big, and reflective on Saturday night... So you'll all have to wait until then :D

ZZZ.
Dentist today, not too bad.

And... this is the big one: I bought Tenacious D's new album! Woo!
Unfortunately, I got yelled at for listening to it 0.o
Just because they did a bunch of classical songs with swears substituted for lyrics...

I'm tired. I had a shite time at work. Dad was an hour late picking me up. We were half an hour late finishing. I was forced into starting an hour early, and didn't get to finish my homework. Still tired. One of the pockets on my pwn leather jacket is broken. I have two Science assignments to do in the next 36 hours. I have SO much work to do. And odds are, I won't see the girl I like for who knows how long. =/

Hahahahahaha!
This is funny, you're gonna get a stitch just thinking about it.
I went into work yesterday to get my back pay, and my last weeks pay.
I walked up to the shop. "Hi Amy!" I said.
"Hi Ben!!" was the reply.
"Can I come in?" I asked,
"Sure," said Amy.
In I walked. I saw Joe on the way in, he was walking out for his customary cigarette break. I curtly nodded at him. "Hi Ben." he said.
I went into the office.
"Can I get my pay please, Amy?" I asked.
"Sure," said Amy.
I opened the pay draw, and got my envelope. I excitedly opened it.
It looked a little light to be holding upwards of $400, but nevertheless, I got the pay slip, and it said:

<edit> I just realised that I paid 23 dollars tax, not eight, so that kinda bones this whole thing up. Btw, why do I have to pay tax? What do I get. All the free street light in the world. I say, give everyone a candle and gimme my frigging $23 back. </edit>

Hours: 27.5
Rate of pay: $9.53
Gross: $262. 08
Tax: $8
Net: $229.10

I looked at the thing, shocked, for a few minutes, and then said to Amy, "I think there's been a mistake with my back pay. I'll just wait for Joe in here."
A few minutes passed, then Joe walked in. Amy said "Ben's in the office for you, he said there's a problem with his pay or something."
Joe walked into the office.
"Joe, I think there's a mistake with my back pay." I said.
"No, there's no mistake." He said.
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, I'm sure."
"Well, I'd still like to check the rosters."
"Ben, I don't have time to go through 3 months of rosters."
"But I have the time."
"Ah, well, let me just get my glasses."
I sat there for a minute while Joe went and got his glasses.
Joe came back in.
"Look, Ben, I just don't have the time to go through 3 months of rosters for you. They're not here."
"I understand that Joe, but I'd still like to have a look at them."
"They're not here! I'll show you what I've worked out."
Joe pulled out his folder, with a piece of paper that showed a bunch of workings out on it.
Joe looked for my name. There was a sequence of numbers there that added up to 25 hours.
"Do you want to check that?" he said.
"Yes, I do want to check that," I said.
"What, you don't even trust me to work that out?"
"It's not that I don't trust you, I just want to make sure."
I added up the numbers. They came to 25.
"Well, that's correct, but I still want to look at the rosters. And besides, you only gave me 20 hours worth of back pay."
"Ok, I'll give you 5 extra hours next week."
"Joe, I want to look at the rosters."
"BEN, if you can't accept that I'm not trying to cheat you, then I think we might have a problem here."
I thought for a moment, then said, "Ok Joe. That's fine. Thank you."
I walked out, said "bye" to Amy and Laura, then walked home, feeling angrier than I've ever been.

I walked down Union street, thinking, hoping that I'd see one of my friends, so I could talk to them for a while, get all my anxieties out. When I got on the tram, I saw peter. Even though I was still very angry, I laughed. I sat down at the opposite end of the tram. Luther came up out of nowhere, and I had a talk with him. He's a good friend. I went home, talked to dad about what happened at work, and we decided to write a letter. So I need to figure out when he started paying us double time, so I can work out exactly how much he owes me. Just for January and February, it was 34 hours. He's going down.

GRRR.
So, I'm meant to work today, right, and I called in about an hour ago (it's almost 1 now). joe picks up. Here's a summary of our conversation; it mightn't be all together, but here it is:
"Joe, Yes it's Fresh?"
"Hi Joe, it's Ben"
"Who?"
"Ben"
"Sam?"
"BEN"
"I can't hear you"
*clicking noises*
"It's BEN, Joe, the little dude who works there?"
"Oh, Ben, why didn't you say so."
"Listen, I'm not gonna be able to-"
"What'd you say?"
"I'm not going to be-"
"What?"
"I'm not going to be able to get to work today"
"Oh."
"Yeah, still really sick."
"Well Ben, this really isn't good, everyone's at school, it's a bit late. Are you sure you can't work?"
"Yeah, my nose is running like crazy"
"Ok Ben"
*Hangs up*
*Ben is left standing holding the phone, thinking "WTF"*

Now, I might have been in the wrong a bit, by leaving it so late, but it isn't like everyone there goes to school, there's heaps of adults there.

GRRR.
And I'm still sick, so no school tomorrow, which means I'm gonna fail all my exams. Grrr.

Oh well, they'll promote me to Yr11 anyway :D:D:D
Ben

P.S. 9 hours after posting this, I realised that someone outside (well, not too outside, I knew them) actually found my blog, and commented on it and read it. What are the odds of that happening, right after I posted that last thing?

Saturday, May 20, 2006

Screw Monday, I hate Saturday...

So, I wake up at 7. Which, considering how late I go to bed/sleep (they're different times, trust me) and when I wake up on a school day, is kinda strange. But still, 7. I think to myself "I could wake up, get food, maybe go on the computer." Then I realise taht I have work in two hours. So, to hell with that, I slept for another hour and a half. Then I got up, went to work at 9, went home sick at 12... Got a haircut, then came home, had some medicine, and plonked myself here, on the computer. Btw, thats a particularally shite photo there, as it was done on my $40 digital. Oh well.

More to the point, why in their right minds would anyone go to work at NINE in the morning, on a SATURDAY(!) is beyone me. Grrr.

It's Weird

Whenever someone says they're look at my blog, I feel compelled to write, it's like a facination.
So, I'll tell you all about work.(Again)
So, here's a little Deli History for you. For ages, the place was a part of a chain of Deli's called The Cut Price Deli. Then the chain went bust, and the current manager Aurelia (called Reels) was forced by the center to buy the place and renovate it, and 8 or 9 years ago it became the Yes It's Fresh Deli. Then, in December last year, she got fed up after being there for 12 years, and sold it to this bastard Joe. And no one was happy about that, lotsa people left in protest. The ironic thing is that Joe's actually paying us better, and we're working shorter hours. Heh. So yeah, I was getting payed $8.94, which I thought was pretty good. Then we all realised that we were supposed to be getting HEAPS more money since August 13th, well, a little bit more each hour, and more on weekends. So we got pissed. About a month ago, he started paying us the right amount. Except, he owes us MORE money for all the Saturdays and Sundays that we worked between January 1st and whenever he started paying us right.
So thats about 2 months worth.
Score.
But yeah, thats about it.

Work Peoples

Since I seem to be talking about work so frigging much, I thought I'd write a bit about each person there, just so everyone has sorta an idea about whom I'm talking. Although, there's 15 other people to write about. Crap.
Lets start at the top, and work our way down...
<edit>Since lots of people have left the Deli since I wrote this, I've decided to update it. Enjoy.</edit>
Erin
As many people who work here have said, he's either my dad (ew), my brother (not quite), or I'm his clone. Yes, I look a lot like him, drop it. Oh, and apparrently, I act like him too, Which, I guess, is sorta a compliment, as he's pretty damn cool (like father like son :P). He's 18. Ish.
Cooper
The crazy red-head, hehe. He's weird, to say the least. Like all red-heads. Hehe. He has kinda a warped sense of humor, so I get along with him quite well :P. Also 18 ish.
Maryse
She's pretty cool to work with, she was the one who I spoke with concerning pimps. That was a good shift. We've had many a war, and I've had many a victory in these. (A deli war is where you try and kick the other person's ass, with occasional nudging, spear tackles and verbal tactics)(I'm very good at these)(Maryse and I made this up). 18 ish also.
Ally
Man is Ally fun to work with. Like, yesterday (Sunday), we closed an hour early, then just sat around eating stuff and talking. A good time was had by all (including Jenna, whom we'll get to later). 17 ish.

The interesting thing is, these people have all been there for at least two years, and they pretty much run the shop.

Jenna
If you go to BSC, this is Ms Tellefson's daughter. Which means I have to be nice to her. Not that it's hard to be, she's really cool. She is also a manager, which is interesting seeing as how she's only a year older than me... Hmmm... A promotion for the monkey is in the works, me thinks.

(If I wasn't writing this, this is where I'd put myself, as this list is in order of joining)(Unfortunately, I can't remember the order of those who joined after me, my bad)

Amy
Hehe. If Josh was about 10 years older, this is who he'd be nailing (sorry Brooklyn), as she is a kiwi too. And it shows (that'll be sex dollars sexty). But again, Amy is pretty damn cool too. Everyone's cool :D Except some people *glares*. Early twenties
Voula
*Shudders* Voula is weird. She is one of those people who works in the day *glares* who think they know everything, and tell us exactly where we went wrong. BAH. *stabs someone* *someone screams* "sorry someone". 43, I think.
Nicole
Finally, someone MY age that I can talk to. She's pretty cool, 'sept Erin doesn't like her very much, and whenever she works with me, nothing much gets done. My bad. I offered to punch her in the face so she'd leave me alone, but no dice. :D. She's alright, I guess. Fun to work with. 15 (nine days younger than me, man was she pissed when she found that one out :D:D:D)
Hannah
Help! She's freaky, to say the least. She's of American descent, I believe, so I guess that explains it... (No offence, America)(Or it's citizens). She talks to herself, and for those who DON'T find that hot (i.e almost everyone *glares*) it's kinda disconcerting. We've had some good arguements, such as the nature of infinity, that was fun (she tried to use Infinity+1, which is so screwed up it's not funny, it's still infinity). 14, maybe 15, I don't care.
Rachel
Another normal person in the tide of crazyness. She's really fun to talk to, makes the shifts so lively and entertaining. Again, nothing much gets done when we work together. My bad again. I'm one of her favourite people :D. 15 or 16, not sure (she said that she turned 17 next year, so who knows).
Gemma
Gemma's quite fun to work with too, I haven't really talked to her much. My bad. She's nice though. Easy to get along with. She's a day person, but she's a nice one. An anomaly, if you will. No idea how old though... Oh well.
Natalie
GRRR. If I had powers to fire people, she woulda been fired about 10 times by now. She's so annoying. She's an up herself day person, who thinks she knows everying, which she doesn't. What a noob, trying to correct me on things. 10 months is MORE than 1, dumbfuck! I don't care how old she is, she's a bitch at any age.
Erin
Yeah, another one. She's a friend of Hannah, and she's ok to talk to, I guess... She's kinda weird, but then so is everyone who works here o.0. Even though Hannah's given her some possibly false impressions of me, she still won't stop talking to me... Weird. 15-16, Iunno.
Vanessa
Friend of Nicole. Worked with her like, twice, so I don't know her very well, or at all... 15-16, who knows.
Laura
She's some Canadian person. Very intimidating. And manipulating too. 23.
Laura's Boyfriend (Sorry, can't remember name)
I've never met him, I don't know anything about him.
Emily
Joe (the boss)'s wife. She's a day person, she owns the shop with Joe, she's alright. I once made the mistake of bagging Joe infront of her, that was funny. Thank GOD she didn't hear. Late 50's I'd guess, no idea what she'd doing in a Deli.
Joe
WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE HIM?!?!!
He is so fucking stupid, words cannot discribe it. He's been working here since early November, and still doesn't know anything. He always stands around doing nothing, forgets orders (like, phone orders), poking the charcoals with a stick. So dumb. He always gets a shite average sale (Totals sales/Total customers*100) and complains when we don't make enough money. Noob.

I think I've forgotten someone. Or someone been fired since I last counted... Hmm. Oh well. This person probably doesn't matter anyway. Heh.

So that's my coworkers. A pretty weird bunch, but meh, I like 'em.
Ben

Saturday, March 25, 2006

Anyways...

So the holidays once again come to a close... Bugger, I say. I never felt as if I got a holiday, much less so now, as I've been working my little ass off... But hey, the money rocks harder than a boulder concert.
And I finally got the pay raise that the law and I felt I deserved, so thats good. A whole extra 60 cents. I'm slighty richer!

My boss though, is a few tacos short of a combo plate, if you know what I mean. Chips short of a Happy Meal (mmm, chips). He couldn't get much stupider... I mean, his grandaughter came down from Balarat last week, and she was working here for work experience (grr, stupid BSC for making us do that). He trained her how to do everything we do at the deli, even slicing, which I didn't learn for a month. Grr. And now she's gone. Pity. She wasn't a bad worker, either, and god knows we need more of those... (EShay idin'tday ooklay ootay adbay eitheray *winks*) :D

So, school again on Monday. Sucks ass. Bah. I mean, sure, I'll get to see all my friends again (yay.), and I get to learn more (woo.) and get more time to myself (= less work, =less money,= bah). Yay for school. Screw up my pay packet. I worked 5 shifts this week. I'm gonna burn out soon. 5 Shifts. That's every day I'm available, and they tried to get me to work Wednesday as well (I worked Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and I'm gonna work Sunday). Still, I'm not complaining, cuz most of those were with my favourite people to work with. Then again, I don't really hate anyone there, 'sept the boss. The running joke is that he's a pervert (which he is :P).

Ooh, and today I was talking to someone, and I said that he (the boss) would never fire me, because he needs to maintain the 3:1 ratio of guys to gals... The person I was talking to responded with "What, are you all pimps or something?" I guess she didn't realise the connitations of what she said... I didn't persue that avenue, instead I said "Yeah, Joe (the boss)'s like, the head pimp..." "*Laughter*" "We call him 'The Collector'" So today was a good shift. Everyone just loves to work with me :D. One of them actually said I was one of their favourite people, ever. "Score"

My god, 4 Paragraphs on work. Damn. Poor you guys for having to read that. But really, thats all I did these holidays... Oh, yeah, I went to see the basketball on Thursday, big whoop. I got so bored that I left an hour into it. Now, finding my way home, THAT was interesting...
Oh, and on Wednesday, my cousins came down from Gippsland for the day to see me :D. I guess everyone does love me :P. Pity I had to go into school for 2 hours... Oh well... It was fun... We played some GC for a while, then went out for dinner. A good day was had.

There. One not on work. Happy now?

I've been using a lot of iTunes music cards recently. Oops. They cost $50 each, and I've got 4 sitting next to me. Heh. Still, that 126 Songs and two Music Videos... Kinda doesn't fit with their "$1.69 a song", but oh well. Who did I download, you ask? OK...
  • "Weird Al" Yankovic
  • Cake
  • Family Guy (heh)
  • Kaizers Orchestra (bite me, Rebecca)
  • The Offspring
  • Queen
  • Reel Big Fish
  • Smash Mouth
  • Tenacious D
Wow. Thats like, a list of my favourite bands and stuff. Heh.

Oh, speaking of Rebecca, one of the people I work with knows her, went to Primary School together apparrently... Poor her. Peter AND Rebecca. And she's so nice too, weird. Has she got some stories about them... Another time maybe.

Damn, I get off the work topic, and keep getting dragged back in. My bad...

Well, I've kept enough of your time ranting, so I might as well close this one up for now... Have a good one.

Ben
P.S: Hope this is long enough a post for you, Nick. 713 Words, not bad huh?

Best. Day. EVER.

Well, not really. It could have been better, but it could have been much worse. I got up at around 10, to this news:
"ben, you know that josh rang at about 9, right?"
"no, i've been sleeping"
"oh. well, he did"
"ok, i'll call him in a minute"
So, I got out of bed, rang Josh, realised that it wasn't Josh who rang at 9 in the morning, went and yelled at my brother for not taking the message properly, then played GameCube.
That's pretty much all I did untill 3, when I realised "Oh shit, I have work in an hour, and dad can't drive me."
I started running.
I got there on time, though, so all is good.
We finished on time, for once, and I had a really good talk with one of the managers, Erin. He's a pretty cool guy, actually.
Very cool.
So, I had that talk with him, then got home, got on the internet, talked to Josh and Brooklyn, they signed off, I realised I had homework to do, I did my homework, and here we are.

Myself: Past, Present and Future

11/11/05

Dear great Ben of the future,

I never believed that I’d be writing to you, but here I am, so yeah. This is supposed to be about how I feel now, as a Year 9. Maybe I should begin by talking about my past. Or, maybe not. Right now, I feel as though I’m between two big scenes in my life, you might say. As in, waiting for something to happen to lift the mundane of regular life. We have just been burgled, and that made me feel angrier than I’ve ever been. A lot of my stuff got stolen. My MP3 player, my flute… It isn’t fair. Sam was thinking (and saying) “why us?” and I suppose that’s what I’d be thinking, but, really, it’s just a random setback along the road of life.

I’m listening to a song by Queen right now, and if someone had told me two years ago that I would be doing so, I would have laughed. It just goes to show how much people can change in a short amount of time. For instance, I’m much better friends with Josh and Brooklyn that, two years ago, I never would have dreamed possible. Then again, two years ago, I was young and naïve. Now, I’m just Naïve. So much has happened in recent times to change my perceptions of things, and I have no idea what’s going to happen next in my life. Something new, exciting and interesting could occur tomorrow, although tomorrow is a Saturday, I’d doubt it. Nothing ever happens on Saturday. You wake up, think, “Hey! Weekend!” then roll over and sleep ‘till Sunday.

So that’s Past and Present… covered, lets move onto future. In the future, I would not like to see monkeys rule the world, but if they do, please let them make me their leader. If time machines have been invented whenever I’m reading this, send back mucho money to the 25th of November 2005, at around 12 ‘o clock. That’s a day off, so I can enjoy it. Being serious now, I’d like to get my stuff that was stolen back, and I’d like to get a better computer. Those all seem rather frivolous, but hey, it’s easier than wishing for world peace, and I wouldn’t want to deprive the Miss America contestants of something to wish for. Yeah, that was on topic. I just hope that I can do something with my life. I hope that when I read this, I’ve done something with my life, OR that it’s not too late to change it. I also hope that made sense.

If this letter hasn’t made any sense, oh great and wise Ben of the future, then I direct your attention to the Family Guy movie. It may seem like a frivolous thing, but consider that the main character (a baby) goes into the future and sees how bad his life is. He gets angry with himself. He tries to change his life in the future for the better. And in a way, he succeeds. So, if you feel that you’ve made a mess of your/my life, oh great Ben of the future, then read this letter and do something about it. Good Luck.

Ben

Damn. That took up a lot of space. Oh well.
So, thats my homework. Hope the teacher likes it.
Ben

Well, seeing as how this has turned into a debate of sorts...

Here's my ReBUTTal. *moons Nick*
Yeah.
Oh, Come on! Get over yourself Nick, it isn't just one little thing he said two years ago. The catylist for all this hatred is that one little thing, then two whole years of getting shit from him is what's driving this hatred, this utter loathing.
Moving on.
I wouldn't have a clue what Jesse and Nick tell Gabby, probably something just as evil as they're telling you. It's nice to know that someone cares
I know that other people care too, but meh. At least someone said (and is still saying) something Heheh.
So, on to what happened today.
I woke up at 9:15. I didn't have breakfast. No idea why, so don't ask.
I got on the computer, and started playing Warcraft on the Internet. I got owned both games . I left home at around 11, to go to Cydus with Jesse and Nick. I met up with Jesse at the top of my street, by chance, and we got on the tram together. We arrived at Cydus, played against some total morons for a while, Nick got there at around 12:30, we kept playing with the morons, then Jesse, Nick and I left at 2:30, because I had to go to work. I got to Barkley Square at 3, an hour early. I swore silently, realising that I had an hour to kill before going in. SO, I got myself an ice cream, and wandered around for a while. I finally went into work, worked for 4 and 1/2 hours, got home, had dinner, watched some of CSI (boring as all hell, might I add), got on the internet, and here I am.
So, Nick thinks I should forgive him, does he?
Well, maybe once he and Jesse stop being such total dumbasses towards Kate and Gabby, maybe I might consider forgiving Peter. But, I don't quite see how the two are linked...
Notice, once again, how Nick managed to avoid facing the issue of him being mean to the two of them? I wish I could do that.

Who really gives a rats arse about Bacon anyway?

Ok, so, seeing as how today is a Saturday, and taking into account that I had work today, this is pretty much gonna be a huge gripe, some reminiscence, and shameless self-pity :P
So, I woke up at around 10, 10:30, thought "Yes, no Tae-Kwon-Do." I didn't have Tae-Kwon-Do because I'm 15 now, and I can't go to the juniors anymore. Thats a good thing, I guess, I'd probably end up killing one of them. 'Specially in these crappy Saturday sessions, we're with kids as young as 6. They don't even have to block my kicks, they just go straight over their heads, like so many bad jokes I've made. That said and done, I don't miss it. Half the lession is the leader-teacher-dude shouting "LISTENING IS A POWERFUL TOOL!" and me thinking "Yes. I wish I could listen now that you've deafened my with your incessant yelling!"
So, instead of being yelled at and kicking a foot over some poor 6 year old's head, I got to stay home, and play on the computer.
I left home at about 1:30 to go to work. Looooong story short, we were half an hour late finishing. Short story Long?
I got there to the phrase "Ben, today, instead of asking what needs to be done, you need to tell me what you're going to do. OK?" "Yes Alice." "Good"
"Alice, I'm sweeping the shop." "Good."
That aside, nothing of real value happened. I cut my middle finger of my left hand open in two places (nothing serious, just stings like hell)(so does my eye =/), got yelled at countless times for not going to customers quickly enough, and wasted my 10 minute break on an ice cream. I got home at around 8:00, watched the end of Big Fat Liar, then got on the internet, and here I am.
So thats my day, with the "reminiscence" part of this done.
A couple days ago, Nick and Jesse were being really tight-assed to Kate and Gabby, and I spoke to Nick about it. I can't actually remember what happened, but it was something like this
"Hey Nick, why are you being such a tightass to Kate and Gabby?" (Me)
"Because they're mean." (Nick)
"Thats no cause for you to be mean to them..."
"You can't talk."
"Why's that?"
"You're a tightass to Peter."
"No, he's a tightass to me."
"Why don't you just forgive him?"
"Uh..."
"You two were such good friends. Don't you want to go back to that?"
"No."
"Why not?"
"He's mean to me."
"He told me that he's only mean to you in direct responce to you being meant to him."
"He's a liar then."
"I doubt it."
And so on...
This really made me think about some things. Such as, why did Nick change my inquisition so fast back on to me? Why is he so mean to them? Am I too mean to Peter? Will I miss him when he leaves next year? Should I apologise?
Just something that's been puzzling me for many a year. I need some help.

Damn...

If I'd known how crappy today was going to be this morning, I would have rolled over and just left today behind... Unfortunatly, I don't have the power of foresight, just retrospect, so here it is...
I woke up. Dressed, shower, etc...
Walked to school. Talked to Josh.
Science. Crap all, just in the computer POD room (piece of crap room that it is), researching some lazy ass questions that the teacher was too bored to write herself.
Recess. Nothing.
Maths. Test. Finished, but mixed up tan and cos, so, probably failed :(
Lunch. Watched as Jesse and Nick terrorised Kate and Gabby. Lowlights included
  • Pulling out hairties (Both)
  • Filling Pencil case with water (Kate)
  • Filling Pencil case with mulch (Kate)
  • Stolen Locks (Both)
  • Taunting (Both)
And such and such...
I intervened sometimes, like getting Kate's pencil case out of some mud that was fenced off(No idea why it was fenced off).
IT. CRAP ALL. Just pretended to work on my website, screwed around with Command Prompt.
Now that was fun. Or, not fun, but, mildly entertaining.
Then I walked to work with Josh, worked for about 5 hours, managed to drop about $35 worth of bacon, and then came home, and sat down on my crappy chair, and started writing whatever came into me head. Here we are. And, I'm hoping that tomorrow will be a LOT better, even with a project due. Damn.
I don't feel any better for having written this.
